Each student should review the Humanities documents listed below carefully with his/her parent or guardian.  We want to be sure that students and parents or guardians understand the course requirements, expectations and suggested approaches to study. 

 

Please check off each document below as you review it.  Contact the issuing teacher if you have any questions.  After all the documents are reviewed, this sheet should be returned to Ms. Vail with signature of both the student and a legal guardian.  These forms must be returned to your seminar teachers or Ms. Vail by Wednesday, September 16.
