Procedures for Banner Sales - 2008 Tracey Swanson will be handling the banner sales for the 2008 Baseball Season. Tracey Swanson- BOGOBLUE@aol.com For groups that already have a banner- 1. Contact Tracey and get a commitment for 2008. Larger banners cost $350 to renew. Smaller banners cost $250 to renew. 2. The contact person may want a letter explaining what this is for. Be prepared to write a letter of some kind. 3. Send an invoice to Tracey. Use the standard invoice we have created. 4. Mail a check directly to Tracey Swanson at 3460 honeysuckle Court, Ann Arbor, MI. 48103 or you may have to go to the business to pick up a check For new groups that need a banner- 1. Our charge for a new banner is $275.00 for a 4x8 banner, and $375.00 for a 4x12 banner. We collect that money from the group, then turn around and pay ExpresSign $195.00 for a 4x8, and $265.00 for a 4x12. It may cost more for more color or custom work. The cost for most options is on the form. On rare occasions we may need to get a quote from ExpresSign. 2. You may need to send a letter soliciting them for a banner. 3. Get a contact name and call that person and review the program with them. You will probably need to visit with them to fill out the banner order form. You may need to get some camera ready art work from them to pass on to Expressign Design. 4. You will need to get their signature on the banner order form. All of the prices are on the form. You will also need to get a check. You may need to present an invoice to get the check. 5. Get the banner order form to Tracey Swanson, who will get it to ExpresSign. ExpresSign will mock up the design for us. This may take a few days. 6. Tracey will get the design from Expressign back into the contact person’s hands. If the contact person wants to meet with Expressign, that is ok. They will need to know that if they change the design they may need to pay more. 7. Once the contact person approves the design, have Tracey order the banner from Expressign. ExpresSign will want a check with the order, or shortly thereafter. You will need to get a check from Tracey. 8. When the banner is ready Tracey will pick it up from ExpresSign and deliver it to whoever is keeping the banners Questions?
