Beliefs
- All students can learn (without exception)
- Success Breeds Success
- Schools control the conditions of success
- Students are only disabled to the extent that the environment places limitations on their performance
- Students are more disinvited than they are disadvantaged, disabled, or undisciplined.
- What we do (everyday!) matters.
- Human potential, though not always apparent, is always there and awaiting to be invited forth.
